Specifically the whole idea of them paying to fly themselves to Costa Rica! I was half imagining the closing paragraph to say something like this: “we were recently contacted by the deposed finance minister of an African nation who is willing to share his $10 million in war-bonds if with us if we can provide our banking details to him!” Does anyone else find the invitation from the “President of The Global Alliance of Departments and Ministries for Peace” a bit dodgy?
