aye, so
Am experimenting with adverts. Dry yer eyes oot; I’m sure you’ll get over it. If it ends up being HUMUNGOUS FAIL then I’ll do away with them.
Oh, and there have been a few other cosmetic changes.
I realise this looks horrific in IE6. Will attempt to rectify.

hey adie,
the google ad is bang over the first bit of the paragraph with no way to turn it off? but maybe this just my naughty computer.
I am mournful for all the lost press releases I can’t send you.
um.
I have memories of an amazing Scout Niblett one that was talking about the crowd telling her to shut up and that was why she was so amazing and me just going ?????????????
yo. can you tell me what browser you’re using (and what version it is). is it on the individual article pages (like this one) or is it on the homepage?
obviously the ads shouldn’t be doing that. they should just be sitting there looking pretty.
i’m going to give them a week.
righto. i got rid of the big block ads on single article posts (they looked shit anyway and i don’t fancy integrating them within the text). does this help? are you sure it was the ads blocking an entry rather than the ‘share this/add this’ thing?
Is this Drowned In Sound?
No. YOU’RE BANNED.
adsense = gone. i don’t think we needed to see a bunch of ads for wedding bands etc.
let’s just pretend that it never happened.
it’s true my computer is kinda old-school so that might not have helped. but i was getting ads for things like ‘aiding my pole to be thick’ – is this associated with your website eh? hmmm?
ermm…. no.
